The “Koun Bkhair” campaign is a community initiative aimed at distributing Iftar meals to drivers at traffic intersections before the Maghrib call to prayer, contributing to enhanced road safety and reducing accidents during peak hours prior to breaking the fast.
The campaign is implemented in coordination with the competent official authorities in the respective emirate of operation, including police authorities.
The volunteer must be at least 13 years of age.
Prior registration through the campaign’s official website and approval by the campaign management is mandatory.
Volunteers must comply with all instructions issued by campaign supervisors, site coordinators, and security authorities.
Volunteers must maintain appropriate conduct, adhere to ethical values, and present a modest appearance.
Individuals with medical conditions that prevent fieldwork participation must refrain from taking part.
Volunteers must wear the campaign identification attire (safety vest) at all times while present at the distribution site.
Standing or moving within vehicle lanes is strictly prohibited except in accordance with approved instructions and upon hearing the signal whistles of traffic supervisors.
Distribution must take place within the timeframe specified by campaign management prior to the Maghrib call to prayer.
Obstructing traffic flow or causing congestion is strictly prohibited.
Photography inside intersections is prohibited without prior approval from campaign management.
Full compliance with traffic safety regulations approved by the competent authorities is mandatory.
The volunteer acknowledges that participation is entirely voluntary and without financial compensation.
Volunteers must not act independently outside the scope of assigned duties.
The association bears responsibility for the overall organization of the campaign within the scope of approved permits and shall not be liable for any individual actions that violate instructions.
The volunteer accepts responsibility for any violations committed against instructions or applicable laws of the State.
The campaign may not be exploited for personal or promotional purposes, nor may it be attributed to any external or volunteer entity.
Making media statements is prohibited without prior written authorization from the association’s management.
Volunteers must uphold teamwork principles and respect supervisors and fellow volunteers.
The association reserves the right to exclude any volunteer or volunteer team that violates regulations without prior notice.
The volunteer consents to the collection of personal data solely for registration, organization, and campaign management purposes.
The association undertakes not to share data with any third party except in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Group photos may be used for documentation or media purposes.
The volunteer acknowledges and agrees that campaign management will photograph distribution sites at all traffic intersections for documentation and media coverage purposes.
The association reserves the right to publish photos and video footage on the campaign’s official platforms, website, social media accounts, and related media reports, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the State.
The association undertakes not to use images in a harmful manner or outside the scope of the campaign’s charitable objectives.
Campaign management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with directives issued by the competent authorities.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
Completion of the registration process constitutes explicit acceptance of all the above Terms and Conditions.
